Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–6 business days after payment has been successfully received. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM (EST) will be processed beginning on the next business day.

Processing times may vary slightly during periods of high order volume, but we will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, Dadi Lux ships only within the United States.

We do not currently accept or ship international orders.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–8 business days

Delivery estimates begin once the carrier has received your package. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, carrier operations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders shipped within the United States.

No additional shipping or handling fees will be charged during checkout unless otherwise stated before payment.

Shipping Carrier & Order Tracking

Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you have created an account on our website, you can also view your order status and tracking information by logging into your account.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only to addresses located within the United States.

We are unable to deliver to international destinations at this time.

Shipping Delays

Although we strive to meet the estimated delivery schedule, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including severe weather, public holidays, carrier disruptions, or supply chain interruptions.

If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will notify you using the contact information provided with your order whenever possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives with significant shipping damage, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date or the delivery confirmation.

To help us investigate the issue, please include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged package or product. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Local Pickup

We do not offer in-store pickup or local delivery services at this time.
