At Dadi Lux, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original condition.
- Be unused or only lightly handled.
- Include all original tags, accessories, and packaging.
- Show no obvious signs of wear, installation, damage, or misuse.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Items Eligible for Return
We accept returns for the following situations:
- Buyer changes their mind (buyer's remorse).
- Non-defective products that are no longer wanted.
- Products that arrive damaged or defective.
- Incorrect items received due to our shipping error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Clearance items.
- Final sale or discounted products marked as non-returnable.
- Products that have been installed, modified, or intentionally damaged.
- Items returned without original packaging or essential accessories.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support by email within the return period.
- Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- If the item is damaged or incorrect, please provide clear photos to help us review your request.
- Once your request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with return instructions.
- Carefully package the item and return it using the provided shipping label.
Please do not send items back without first receiving return authorization.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to buyer's remorse or non-defective products, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Although we provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience, the actual return shipping cost will be deducted based on the carrier's shipping charge.
We do not charge any restocking fees or additional processing fees.
If the return is the result of a defective product, shipping damage, or an incorrect item sent by Dadi Lux, we will cover the full return shipping cost.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges.
If you would like a different item or need a replacement due to a product issue, please contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving your order.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, including credit cards, PayPal, or other eligible payment methods.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Lost or Damaged Return Shipments
If your return package is lost or damaged while being shipped back to us, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.
Please provide your return tracking number and any available documentation or photographs. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Partial Returns
If your order contains multiple items, you may return or exchange only the item(s) you no longer wish to keep, provided they meet the return requirements described in this policy.
